At Raja Poultry Farm, we strive to provide fresh and quality products to all our customers. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or change your order. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours before your selected pickup time.
- A 5% cancellation charge will be deducted to cover processing costs, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Orders cannot be cancelled within 12 hours of your pickup slot.
2. Missed Pickups
- If you fail to collect your order at the chosen pickup time, we will keep it available for 1 hour after your slot.
- After that, the order will be considered expired.
- In such cases, the order amount will NOT be refunded.
3. Wrong or Damaged Orders
- Customers must verify their order at the pickup point before leaving.
- If there is an error or issue from our side (wrong product or damaged goods), we will:
- Replace the product immediately (if stock is available), or
- Refund the full amount to your original payment method.
4. Refund Timelines
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
- Online payments (UPI, cards, wallets) will be refunded to the same account used for payment.
- Cash payments (if any) will be refunded through bank transfer or UPI.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Orders cancelled within 12 hours of pickup time.
- Orders not collected and expired after the 1-hour grace period.
- Issues raised after leaving the pickup point without verifying the order.
