Welcome to Raja Poultry Farm. By accessing or using our mobile application, online portal, or related services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Use of Services
- You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
2. Orders
- All orders must be placed through the mobile app, online portal, or customer care.
- We accept only pre-orders. Walk-in or instant purchases are not supported.
- Orders are subject to availability of stock and pickup slots.
3. Pickup Policy
- Orders can be collected only from our designated pickup points.
- Customers must select their preferred pickup location and slot while booking.
- To collect an order, you must show your Order MRN (Meat Registration Number) received via SMS.
- If you fail to collect your order within 1 hour after your selected slot, the order will be Expired and the amount will NOT be refunded.
4. Payments
- We accept UPI and online payments.
- Online payments are processed securely by authorized third-party providers.
- You are responsible for providing valid payment details.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the selected pickup slot.
- A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Orders cannot be cancelled within 12 hours of the pickup time, and no refund will be provided.
6. Product Quality & Responsibility
- We guarantee fresh, hygienic poultry and related products from trusted sources.
- Customers are advised to verify their order at the pickup point before leaving.
- In case of incorrect or damaged items (from our side), we will replace or refund the order.
7. Bulk Orders
- Bulk orders for functions or events are accepted only through customer care.
- Advance payment and confirmation are required.
8. Limitations of Liability
- We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen events, technical issues, or natural causes.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
- We are not liable for losses arising from improper handling of products after pickup.
9. Modifications
- We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the app/portal.
