Ordering & Pickup
  • Orders can be placed through our mobile app, online portal, or by contacting our customer care team.
  • Please note that only pre-orders are accepted.
  • Orders can be collected only at our designated pickup points.
  • While placing an order, you must select your preferred location and pickup point.
You can only choose from the pickup points listed in the app/portal.
  • During booking, you can select your pickup date and time.
  • These details will also be available in your order confirmation.
  • Your order will be ready at the selected pickup point at your chosen time slot.
  • There will be no separate alert, as the product will always be available on time.
  • Yes. You must show your Order MRN (Meat Registration Number) at the pickup point.
  • This number will be sent to you via SMS once your order is confirmed.
Payments
We accept UPI and online payments.
Yes. You can view, download, or copy your order and payment details directly from the app/portal.
Yes. All online transactions are secure, and your payment/card details are safely processed.

We offer:

  • Country Chicken – Full gravy cut
  • We also provide custom cuts on request.
  • In addition, we offer country eggs and cooked country chicken (Nattu Koli Varuval).

Yes. We source from a trusted farm and provide fresh, high-quality poultry daily. Chicken is freshly cut after you place your order.

Yes. Bulk orders are accepted for functions and events. Please contact our customer care team in advance for arrangements.

Order Changes & Issues
  • Yes. You may cancel your order up to 12 hours before your selected pickup time.
  • A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellations are not allowed within 12 hours of the pickup slot.
  • Orders can’t be changed once placed.
  • If you miss your slot, we will hold your order for 1 additional hour.
  • After that, the order will be expired and no refund.
  • Please check your order at the pickup point before leaving.
  • If there is a mistake from our side, we will take full responsibility and replace/refund it.
General

No. Currently, orders are available only at designated pickup points.

Pickup point details will be shown during order placement and in your order confirmation.

  • Chicken: Minimum ½ kg, no maximum limit.
  • Eggs: Minimum 10, no maximum limit.
